This interactive module is part of a broader course designed for insurance agents and their staff.

The Challenge

The module focuses on enhancing relationship-building skills during the sales process by teaching how to initiate meaningful conversations, earn trust, and connect with prospects on a personal level.

The Approach

The lesson begins with a self-reflection activity to personalize the learning experience and then introduces key sales communication techniques such as using open-ended questions, practicing active listening, and identifying rapport-building opportunities. Through guided scenarios and real-world dialogue, learners observe effective sales conversations and practice identifying best responses.
