State-by-state discrepancies make it challenging to adapt our one-size-fits-all content to harmonize within our quoting platform, often requiring several hours of testing, correcting, and trial and error. Through the creation of Whatfix flows, Bernadette added a new capability that will support new/onboarding producers in their journey toward mastery of Allstate's quoting platform. Additionally, Bernadette diligently worked with our partners in developing smart tip “nudges” to improve specific user behaviors that can occur during quoting, measurably reducing ticket volume related to quoting platform issues.
